Planned for future activation, O'Mahony's SuperValu in Mallow will offer EV charging via EZO. Four charging points will provide up to 200 kW peak power, using CCS (Type 2) connectors. This station is suited for drivers needing a rapid charge. EV charging in Mallow will gain this new option when activated.
At 200 kW peak, you can add about 100 miles of range to a compatible EV in roughly 15 to 20 minutes. This charging speed is ideal for road trips when you need to get back on the road quickly, rather than for short, local top-ups.
