Unlimited public access,but the charging station refuses to charge former Innogy vehicles(vehicles formerly owned by Innogy RWE),these r intentionally SW-blocked from charging on Innogy charging stations.If U cannot charge here,Your vehicle was most probably formerly owned by Innogy/RWE & has their transponder onboard,which is used to prevent charging on Innogy charging station(probably till the vehicle was owned by Innogy/RWE,that transponder enabled free charging from Innogy/RWE charging station & after selling out of their fleet the transponder was set to opposite purpose-to not allowing charging on their stations @ all),tested on several stations & confirmed by a former employee of Innogy.
