Access Sunday-Thursday 10:00-22:00, Friday-Saturday 10:00-23:00. Entrance from B.Khmelnitsky Street. Floor P1 of underground parking (minus first floor), parking lots № 39-40, 57-58. The first 14 of parking minutes are free, then 50 UAH/h. If you do not pick up the car at night - a fine of 100 UAH/h. STRUM card doesn't enable free parking at this location.
